We make every effort to provide the exact description of the designs as notated above. In the case of circumstances out of our control such as immediate availability, seasonal availability, poor condition of products, delivery delays, etc. substitutions may need to be made. We will notify you if these issues arise early during the product ordering product, but for last minute changes we use our best judgment under these circumstances to choose product that will provide you the desired look.
For business, hotels, medical centers, churches, etc. we will leave the arrangement with the receptionist, front desk or other onsite contact if the recipient is not immediately available. For residences, we will make 2 delivery attempts on the day you request your order to be delivered. Upon the 2nd attempt, if the recipient is not available, we will attempt to reach him/her at that time via telephone and receive instructions on a secure place to leave the arrangement, or to make arrangements for in-store pick up. If the recipient is not available via telephone, we will leave a door hanger with instructions to contact us. Because of weather conditions, wildlife consuming flowers left outside, or uncertainty of a recipients schedule, we do not leave arrangements in an unsecure area if we feel they are at risk.
